What your player works on

Structured, high-rep drills — not scrimmage-and-go. Every session builds on the last one.

  • FootworkBalance, pivots, and getting stopped under control.
  • Ball-handlingBoth hands, at game speed, with pressure.
  • Shooting mechanicsForm built from the ground up, close to the rim first.
  • Game IQSpacing, reading the defender, and knowing what the next pass is.
  • Pearl leadership curriculumThe same communication, resilience and decision-making work the 6–12 league does, pitched for elementary age.

Leadership isn't a bolt-on. It runs inside every training session.
